Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be trained extensively to confidently operate at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This position offers a welcoming environment where you can develop valuable skills in food preparation and customer service, whether you have prior experience or are just starting out.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, high-quality food daily without reliance on freezers or microwaves.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate as part of a team to maintain operational efficiency and a clean work environment.
- Engage with customers courteously and support fellow team members.
Qualifications and Expectations
- Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while interacting with customers and staff.
- Show eagerness to learn cooking and operational skills related to various restaurant stations.
- Be at least 16 years old to be eligible.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
