Role Overview

Join a team that transforms fast food into a distinct experience by preparing fresh food every day by hand—no freezers, microwaves, or can openers involved. As a Crew Member, you will receive thorough training to work confidently across multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa station, and expo. We embrace enthusiastic newcomers and those with experience in dishwashing, cash handling, serving, hosting, bartending, or cooking—our focus is on passion and eagerness to grow within the company.

• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work site
