Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh menu items by hand, adhering to Chipotle’s quality standards.
• Serve customers promptly and courteously to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Operate different stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa bar, and expo.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• A friendly and positive attitude towards customers and team members.
• Genuine passion for customer service and assisting others.
• Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills extensively.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the main language(s) used at the work site.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $21, supplemented by digital tips.
