Role Overview

Join Chipotle as a Crew Member, where you’ll be part of creating a unique dining experience that breaks the mold of traditional fast food. You'll be trained to prepare fresh food by hand, work various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, and engage warmly with customers to maintain the friendly atmosphere expected at our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food daily without reliance on freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Operate confidently at different food service stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming experience.
• Support team members and contribute positively to the workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• A positive, enthusiastic approach to work and customer interactions.
• Genuine desire to assist others, including customers and fellow team members.
• Motivation to learn substantial cooking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the worksite.
