Responsibilities
- Prepare made-to-order meals by hand daily using fresh ingredients.
- Operate at multiple kitchen and front-of-house stations confidently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic approach.
- Possess a passion for assisting and serving customers and team members alike.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn cooking skills extensively.
- Effective communication in the primary language(s) used at the location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $17.60 to $18.60, varying by skill, experience, and education.
- Up to $5,250 per year in tuition assistance.
