Key Responsibilities

• Consistently maintain the highest level of product quality by following Krystal’s approved procedures for food preparation.
• Ensure adherence to the specified holding times and temperatures for all food items.
• Package food products using approved containers, lids, and bags as per company standards.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality marked by positive engagement with customers, including maintaining eye contact and a cheerful demeanor both in person and voice.
• Wear the complete and correct uniform at all times while on duty.
• Follow all established cash handling and security procedures accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and respond positively to management coaching.
• Maintain clear and constructive communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Keep all food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitary, abiding by sanitary food handling guidelines.
• Clean and organize all restaurant areas including the lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage, restrooms, parking lot, and exterior to uphold cleanliness throughout the day.
