Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standard of product quality by following established preparation procedures.
• Adhere strictly to holding times and temperature guidelines.
• Package all food items using approved containers, lids, and bags.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality with engaging eye contact, a friendly smile, and a warm tone of voice.
• Wear the designated complete uniform properly at all times.
• Handle cash and security protocols according to company standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and accept feedback from management.
• Maintain clear, positive communication with customers, teammates, and supervisors.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are met by keeping preparation areas, tools, and equipment sanitary.
• Maintain lobby, counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage, restrooms, parking lot, and building exterior free from litter and neat throughout the shift.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 16 years.
• Must be capable of performing essential job functions.
