Role Overview
Our Crew Members receive comprehensive training across all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service to create the welcoming environment our customers enjoy daily. Whether you have prior experience or are new to the industry, Chipotle welcomes passionate individuals eager to learn and contribute.
What You'll Bring
- A positive and enthusiastic demeanor
- A passion for serving and assisting customers and teammates
- A strong desire to learn cooking skills
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work site
