Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you'll be integral in crafting fresh meals daily without reliance on freezers or microwaves, handling various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh menu items by hand following Chipotle’s quality standards.
- Engage customers with exceptional service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate confidently at multiple stations including cooking, cashiering, and food preparation.
Candidate Qualifications
- A positive, enthusiastic demeanor towards customers and teammates.
- Genuine passion for serving and helping others.
- Eager to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language of the location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range of $16.75 to $17.75 per hour with eligibility for digital tips.
