The Role
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping prepare fresh food daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Chipotle offers comprehensive training to ensure confidence at any position, fostering growth and development within the company. What You Will Do
- Prepare real food by hand with attention to quality and freshness.
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to customers creating a positive dining environment.
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, and prep efficiently and safely.
- Support team members and contribute to a cooperative workplace culture.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Have a passion for serving and assisting customers and coworkers.
- Show eagerness to learn cooking skills and take on new responsibilities.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the main language(s) used at the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $18.25 to $19.25, dependent on skills, experience, and local regulations.
- Tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually.
