About the Role
As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in the daily preparation of real food made by hand in a fast-paced environment. You’ll receive comprehensive training across multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo to build confidence in every area. The role demands exceptional customer service to create a welcoming experience for all guests. This position is ideal for those with or without previous food service experience, including roles like dishwasher, cashier, or server.
