Role Overview

As a crew member, you will have hands-on training to confidently operate at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, preparing real food daily without relying on freezers or microwaves. You'll foster a welcoming environment with excellent customer service, contributing directly to a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve fresh, made-from-scratch food items.
- Operate different stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo as trained.
- Create and maintain a friendly and engaging atmosphere for customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to team members.
Qualities and Requirements
- Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward work.
- Show commitment and passion for helping customers and colleagues.
- Possess eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills and food preparation.
- Be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work site.
