Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand using no freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Provide excellent customer service to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Work at various stations depending on business needs such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Follow Chipotle's standards and procedures to maintain food quality and safety.
Candidate Requirements
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
- Demonstrate a passion for assisting both customers and team members.
- Be eager to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
