Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be trained extensively to operate confidently in various restaurant stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This role is open to individuals with or without prior food service experience, including those who have worked as dishwashers, servers, or cooks. You will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and exemplary customer service that Chipotle is known for.

Responsibilities

• Prepare real food from scratch daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.
• Learn and perform tasks across multiple stations, including cooking, cashiering, prepping ingredients, and assembling orders.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• A positive, eager-to-learn attitude with enthusiasm for helping customers and teammates.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to develop culinary skills.
