Job Responsibilities

• Prepare food manually at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Participate in training to become proficient at all workstations.

Candidate Requirements

• Exhibit a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Show enthusiasm for assisting both customers and co-workers.
• Have a strong willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language spoken at the worksite.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $21.00, with eligibility for digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
