What You'll Do

The Crew Member position at Chipotle involves hands-on preparation of real food without reliance on freezers or microwaves. You will be responsibly trained across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Each team member contributes to delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment that customers appreciate. Whether you have prior experience in food service or are new to the industry, this role offers the support and training to succeed.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Possess a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
• Demonstrate a passion for serving and assisting both customers and fellow team members
• Eager to learn extensive cooking skills
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the worksite

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with additional digital tip earnings
• Full tuition assistance covering up to 100% for select degrees, or up to $5,250 annually
