Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be part of a team that transforms the typical fast-food experience by preparing real food fresh daily without shortcuts like freezers or microwaves. You will receive hands-on training to confidently work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests are key aspects of the role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand using daily in-restaurant ingredients.
- Operate multiple stations such as grill, cashier, and prep efficiently.
- Deliver friendly and attentive customer service to contribute to a positive dining atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Requirements
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a strong passion for serving both customers and team members.
- Willingness and desire to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language used at the work site.
