Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you'll be trained comprehensively to work at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We welcome applicants from all experience levels, whether you're a cashier, dishwasher, cook, or completely new to the industry. Our focus is on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a warm, enthusiastic demeanor
• Have a passion for assisting both customers and teammates
• Keen interest in learning extensive cooking skills
• Be at least 16 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work site

Pay Transparency

The base hourly wage falls between $20.00 and $21.00, supplemented by digital tips. Compensation reflects individual qualifications, experience, and education. Additional benefits are detailed on the company website.
