Join Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Crew Member and be part of a movement to redefine fast food with quality, responsibly sourced ingredients and exceptional service. This position involves preparing fresh, made-by-hand meals daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers, reflecting a commitment to real food. Team members receive extensive training to confidently operate at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals freshly by hand while adhering to Chipotle's high food quality standards.
- Operate different restaurant stations such as grill, cashier, and prep efficiently and confidently.
- Provide outstanding and friendly customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant to support smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and supporting team members.
- Eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills and grow within the role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
