Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh food by hand daily following Chipotle’s quality standards.
- Operate at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo as required.
- Deliver exceptional and friendly customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Work cooperatively with team members to maintain an efficient and positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 16 years of age.
- A positive, enthusiastic disposition with a passion for serving customers and collaborating with team members.
- Strong desire to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
