Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment.
- Prepare fresh food daily by hand following Chipotle’s standards.
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo efficiently.
- Contribute positively to team atmosphere and support fellow team members and customers.
Requirements
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Present passion for serving and assisting both customers and coworkers.
- Keen interest in learning extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language used at the work location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, eligible for additional digital tips.
- Tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
