Role Overview

We are offering an opportunity to join our team as a Crew Member at our Hamilton, OH location. This role involves preparing fresh food daily, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive work environment. Training is provided to help you excel in various stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food by hand without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Operate at different stations such as grill, cashier, prep areas, salsa, and expo as trained.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Demonstrate passion for assisting and serving both customers and coworkers.
• Show willingness and eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Effectively communicate in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
