Position Overview
Join our team as a Crew Member where you will actively contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and assist in preparing food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, including those with no prior experience, who are eager to learn and develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food items daily without use of freezers or microwaves.
- Deliver outstanding service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Learn and perform different station tasks including cooking, cashiering, and food preparation.
Candidate Requirements
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times.
- Show genuine interest and passion for assisting customers and coworkers.
- Have a strong desire to master cooking and food preparation skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the main language(s) of the workplace.
