Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently manage various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The role is ideal for individuals with or without prior food service experience, including those who've worked as dishwashers, servers, or cooks. The team culture emphasizes excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food daily by hand without reliance on microwaves, freezers, or can openers.
- Deliver exceptional service by maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Work collaboratively with team members to build a positive atmosphere that customers enjoy.
- Operate at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo as required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Have a passion for helping and serving both customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn cooking skills extensively.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
