Key Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will receive thorough training to confidently handle various stations including grilling, cashiering, food preparation, salsa making, and order packing. Your role includes crafting meals by hand and creating a welcoming, friendly environment that guests appreciate. Whether you have prior experience in hospitality or food service or not, your enthusiasm and passion for the role will be essential to the team.
Candidate Profile
- Exhibit a warm, approachable, and positive demeanor.
- Show eagerness to assist customers and support co-workers.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Effectively communicate in the primary language of the workplace.
