As a Crew Member, you will learn comprehensive food preparation techniques without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers and provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food with real ingredients, hand-made daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain a friendly atmosphere that meets customer expectations.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills for different roles within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work and team collaboration.
- Have a passion for helping both customers and team members.
- Be eager to learn extensive cooking and food preparation techniques.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
