About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Allen Park, MI, where we are transforming the fast-food landscape by serving high-quality, responsibly sourced food while fostering a welcoming and supportive work environment. As a Crew Member, you will be involved in hands-on food preparation, customer service, and supporting our philosophy of making better food accessible to everyone. Our restaurants operate without freezers, microwaves, or can openers, emphasizing freshness and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food daily by hand across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations and meet customer expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Have a passion for serving and assisting both customers and team members.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
