Job Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will engage in preparing real food daily using fresh ingredients without freezers or microwaves. You will learn to confidently operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Providing superior customer service and maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment for guests are vital aspects of this role.
Candidate Requirements
- You should bring a positive, friendly, and energetic attitude to the workplace.
- Possess a genuine passion for assisting both customers and fellow team members.
- Be eager to learn extensive cooking skills and take pride in your work.
- Be at least 16 years old and able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the worksite.
