Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily following Chipotle's quality standards.
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver excellent customer service and help maintain a friendly team atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Have an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
- Show a passion for serving and assisting both customers and co-workers.
- Be eager to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language used at the work location.
