Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items freshly made daily using Chipotle’s standards and practices.
• Operate flexible workstations including grilling, cashiering, food preparation, salsa-making, and expediting orders.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols during all food handling and preparation tasks.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Maintain a cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor consistently.
• Show genuine interest in assisting and serving customers and teammates.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills and operational knowledge.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Possess the ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranging between $16.25 and $17.25 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips.
