The Role

As a Crew Member, you will help shape a unique fast-food experience by preparing fresh food daily without freezers, microwaves, or canned ingredients. This role involves working across multiple stations, including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. Exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere is a key aspect of the position. Whether you have previous experience in food service roles like cooking, cashiering, or hosting—or are new to the industry—you are encouraged to apply and learn with the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh menu items by hand while maintaining standards.
• Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and contribute to a friendly environment for guests and team members.
• Participate in training programs to gain confidence operating in all stations.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with a passion for serving others.
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking and food preparation tasks.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the work site.
