Your Role & Opportunities
As a Crew Member, you will play an essential part in providing exceptional customer service and preparing real food by hand daily with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you gain confidence working across various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This role is ideal for both seasoned food service workers and individuals new to the industry, with a clear career path and advancement opportunities—over 80% of management started as Crew.
