Candidate Profile

• Possess a warm, enthusiastic attitude towards work and customers.
• A genuine passion for assisting and serving both guests and fellow team members.
• Eager to develop cooking skills and learn extensively on the job.
• Be at least 16 years of age and able to communicate effectively in the primary workplace language(s).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $16.75 to $17.75 per hour, with additional digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering 100% for certain degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
