Role Overview
As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will receive extensive training to confidently work across various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Responsibilities include preparing fresh food daily by hand, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining the restaurant’s friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh menu items manually each day, avoiding freezers and microwaves.
- Operate at multiple stations including grill, cashier, food prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and high-quality customer service.
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Strong enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Passion for serving both customers and co-workers.
- Eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary languages used at the location.
