Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will contribute to maintaining a friendly and energetic environment while preparing fresh food by hand daily. Training is provided to become adept in various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Prepare food items manually, adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Operate at different stations, learning skills related to grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and food expediting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Enthusiastic and friendly approach to customer interaction.
• Strong passion for assisting both customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Effective communication in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips.
• Full tuition reimbursement for select degree programs (up to $5,250 per year).
