About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Milton, Ontario, as a Crew Member, where we are committed to transforming fast food with responsible sourcing and real ingredients. You will receive comprehensive training to confidently work across various stations, including grilling, cashiering, preparation, salsa-making, and expo duties. What You Will Do
- Prepare handmade food daily with no reliance on freezers or microwaves.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Work effectively at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Candidate Profile
- Bring a warm, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
- Show a genuine passion for assisting customers and supporting team members.
- Be eager to learn and grow cooking skills extensively.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Demonstrate communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranges from $17.60 to $18.60 based on skills, experience, and/or education, complying with local wage regulations.
