Key Responsibilities

As part of our team, you'll be trained extensively to confidently operate at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Your role includes preparing real, fresh food daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers, and ensuring exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. No prior experience is necessary; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn how to cook and serve are essential.

Candidate Requirements

• Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Demonstrate a passion for assisting and serving both customers and fellow team members.
• Have a strong desire to learn cooking skills extensively.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Possess the ability to effectively communicate in the primary language(s) of the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, supplemented by digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering up to 100% for select degrees or $5,250 annually.
