About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Chesapeake, VA, to be part of a team that is transforming fast food. We offer comprehensive training to confidently operate at various stations including grill, cashier, prepping, salsa making, and expo. This position suits individuals with or without prior experience in food service roles such as cashier, cook, or server.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh menu items by hand daily, following Chipotle's high standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming environment for guests.
- Perform various roles across the restaurant, gaining hands-on experience at different stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization to uphold food safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for assisting others.
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills extensively.
- Must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate in the primary language of the location.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $15.00, plus eligibility for digital tips.
- Tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
