Role Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently operate across various stations such as grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. You will provide friendly and engaging customer service to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. The role emphasizes teamwork and hands-on food preparation, helping you develop culinary skills and customer interaction abilities.
Candidate Expectations
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude, a genuine passion to assist customers and colleagues, and a strong desire to learn extensive cooking techniques. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have the capability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.
