About the Role

Join Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Crew Member and help us redefine fast food with a focus on fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients and exceptional customer service. We prepare real food daily without freezers or microwaves, creating a unique dining experience. This position offers the opportunity to work across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food following Chipotle's high standards ensuring quality and safety.
• Create a welcoming environment that reflects Chipotle's friendly atmosphere.
• Operate multiple stations confidently including cooking, cashiering, prepping, and expediting orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and serving customers.
• Willingness and eagerness to learn food preparation and cooking skills extensively.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
