Crew Management Specialist

Role Overview

This position demands a seasoned professional with strong expertise in the airline crew management domain. The candidate will be involved in analyzing requirements, identifying gaps in crew operations, and comprehending current and future crew workflows. The role encompasses thorough test planning, execution, and validation, alongside coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting business validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess substantial experience in managing airline crew operations.
• Proficient with CAE CMS and Movement Manager systems.
• Conduct thorough requirement and gap analysis related to crew activities.
• Understand and map AS-IS and TO-BE crew workflows.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, ensuring accurate validation.
• Coordinate UAT and support business validation processes.
• Contribute to implementation phases and provide post go-live support.
• Apply knowledge in crew rostering, monitoring movements, and managing operational disruptions.
• Function effectively within an airline operational environment.
