Key Responsibilities
- Direct the planning and execution of credit risk modelling and prudential regulation projects.
- Advise clients on credit risk frameworks and advanced risk analytics.
- Mentor and manage junior team members to enhance their professional growth.
- Identify and develop new business avenues to expand Deloitte’s financial risk practice.
- Collaborate with Deloitte’s European and global financial risk networks to design cutting-edge solutions.
- Engage with the financial services community locally to broaden professional connections.
- Create thought leadership materials focused on financial risk and compliance challenges.
- Translate complex technical information for diverse audiences effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in credit risk modelling, including hands-on roles in either model development or validation within IRB or IFRS9 contexts.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree with at least a 2.1 classification in quantitative or finance-related disciplines.
- Strong command of analytical and modelling tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R.
- Demonstrated leadership in executing end-to-end model development or validation projects, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
