Role Overview

The Creator Talent Manager’s main responsibility is to maintain active engagement with creators who are spearheading the launch of new businesses, ensuring consistent content delivery and adherence to commitments. Daily use of AI tools is essential, alongside thorough knowledge about 8FLAMEZ before applying.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with creators involved in each venture, overseeing their priorities, scheduling, and obligations.
• Convert agreed commitments into detailed filming and publishing timelines aligned with launches and ongoing support.
• Coordinate filming sessions early by balancing travel schedules, existing brand engagements, and overlapping launch dates.
• Collaborate with content producers to prep each shoot with a clear objective and comprehensive briefs.
• Track the content pipeline from filming through editing, approval, and live publishing, ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify potential conflicts, delays, or brand clashes proactively and provide recovery strategies, escalating commercial or contractual issues to founders when necessary.
• Maintain a centralized, accurate record of commitments, approvals, usage rights, and live content links, accompanied by weekly status reports covering progress, risks, and decisions required.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates relentless follow-through without creating a feeling of pressure in communications.
• Experience managing creators, talent, or prominent personalities with a proven track record of seeing commitments to completion.
• Familiarity working with creators and their teams across the MENA region; fluency in English is mandatory, and Arabic is a considerable advantage.
• Comfort in addressing missed commitments directly while maintaining trust.
• Able to juggle multiple concurrent launch projects effectively using tools like Notion, Google Calendar, and AI-based platforms for briefing, tracking, summarizing, and proactive planning.
• Highly organized, maintains discretion, and stays composed in dynamic or changing situations.
