Position Overview

This is an exclusive chance to document firsthand the journeys behind 8FLAMEZ’s deals, launches, and challenges. The role involves capturing the real-time progress of the founders and their ventures, offering an unprecedented inside look at creator-led brand building in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, providing visual storytelling through every key moment experienced by the founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow the founders across their business activities, including brand collaborations, venture rollouts, meetings, productions, travels, and other significant daily events.
• Conceptualize and organize content by designing episodic formats, narrative flow, shot plans, and scheduling aligned with upcoming milestones.
• Constantly film footage, carrying the camera to all engagements and anticipating important moments before they unfold.
• Handle end-to-end video editing for diverse platforms, creating short-form clips tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and longer form episodes suited for YouTube.
• Manage the founders’ channels by overseeing captions, thumbnails, publishing timings, and content performance analysis.
• Create compelling content to educate, inform, and entertain target audiences including prospective employees, partners, investors, agencies, and government entities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive archive of footage documenting the foundation and growth of 8FLAMEZ.

Candidate Profile

• Extremely driven, highly passionate about videography, and deeply connected to the craft of filmmaking.
• Holds a portfolio showcasing documentary, vlog-style, or behind-the-scenes content created independently from conception through to publishing.
• Proficient and confident operating cameras, managing on-the-go audio and lighting setups, and skilled in editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut.
• Regularly integrates AI tools into daily workflows for planning, scripting, editing, subtitling, and content repurposing.
• Capable of rendering corporate environments and business content as compelling and watchable as entertainment launches.
• Maintains confidentiality; understands the importance of discretion regarding sensitive deals and appropriately manages what footage is recorded and edited.
• Based in Dubai with a valid passport; capable of international travel on short notice. Fluent English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
