About the Role

We are searching for a Creative & Motion Designer who excels at transforming concepts into engaging visuals that captivate and resonate with audiences. This position involves end-to-end ownership of creative projects including static and animated content, with a focus on vibrant storytelling, brand integrity, and measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality, brand-consistent advertising materials for performance-driven marketing campaigns across various formats including static and motion graphics.
  • Manage creative projects independently from ideation through to the final output, employing tools such as Photoshop and generative AI.
  • Produce captivating content with compelling hooks and narratives aligned with contemporary social media trends.
  • Convert briefs into persuasive creative strategies and confidently communicate concepts to relevant stakeholders.
  • Blend creative excellence with analytical insights by leveraging KPIs and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness continuously.
  • Adapt to diverse projects and topics, contributing actively to team objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive professional background in creative design, graphic design, motion design, or advertising.
  • Proficient use of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, along with experience in generative AI tools.
  • Keen visual acumen for brand coherence and design quality.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing concepts and key metrics such as hook rate, CTR, and A/B testing techniques.
  • Strong instinct for social media dynamics, trends, storytelling, and creating attention-grabbing visuals.
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent organizational skills and a solution-focused mindset when handling multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German is required.

Additional Assets

Experience in camera operation, video production, scalable content workflows, or familiarity with creative project management tools would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
