Role Overview
The Creative Director will lead creative deliverables for a designated workstream, managing all phases of projects related to design and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evaluate creative workstreams throughout project lifecycles.
- Supervise, produce, and review design outputs such as visual comps, style guides, branding briefs, graphics, and layouts for assigned projects.
- Contribute to deliverables focused on project architecture, including information architecture, taxonomy, and content structures.
- Set clear objectives and manage project deliveries that impact business outcomes within operational areas.
- Coordinate and oversee collaboration with offshore teams to ensure timely project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of pertinent experience in design.
- Robust portfolio showcasing expert-level mastery in design principles and solutions.
- Deep expertise in visual design, including UI design principles, layout composition, graphic development, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
- Comprehensive understanding of user experience disciplines, encompassing UX architecture, research, usability testing, and content strategy development.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Formal training and significant experience in digital, web, and mobile design within enterprise environments.
- Experience designing responsive layouts optimized for mobile platforms.
- Ability to assess and communicate the technical feasibility of design solutions.
- Effective communication skills with technical developers to ensure accurate translation of designs into deliverables.
