Role Overview

VaynerMedia’s Singapore office is seeking a passionate Creative Director to lead exciting accounts and oversee creative work across the region. The role thrives in a fast-paced setting, driving creative storytelling on social media platforms with expertise in Twitter, TikTok, and short-form video.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and guide a growing creative team and collaborate cross-functionally within the agency.
• Serve as a compelling storyteller focused on social media channels, mastering current platforms relevant to the market.
• Lead high-priority project briefings and kickoff meetings.
• Integrate art, copywriting, and editing cohesively, directing team efforts in these areas.
• Manage and approve creative solutions, from content pieces to extensive campaigns across diverse clients and sectors.
• Provide strategic concept guidance and approvals for creative initiatives.
• Maintain curiosity for new methods, adapting and updating creative workflows.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including representing the agency in client interactions.
• Lead and secure new business pitches.
• Oversee creative development for specific clients, collaborating closely when needed.
• Ensure all work fulfills brand objectives and meets high creative standards, communicating status to senior leadership.

Experience and Competencies

• More than 10 years of relevant experience in creative media or advertising, with a notable Singapore portfolio.
