We are seeking a skilled operator to handle Tadano cranes, lorry cranes, tipper lorries, goods lorries, or vans as per site requirements. The role involves conducting daily and weekly inspections, ensuring all necessary permits and certificates are valid before operation, and maintaining assigned equipment in a clean and safe condition.
Operators must adhere to all traffic laws, assess risks related to lifting operations, secure goods properly before moving, and ensure passenger safety by confirming seating and use of seatbelts. Regular maintenance and care of vehicles are required, alongside reporting any vehicle abnormalities or damage immediately to project supervisors. Additional tasks may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must hold a Class 5 driving license.
- Certification as a crane operator recognized by MOM.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and others involved in lifting operations.
- Basic knowledge of crane safety standards and operation procedures.
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
