Courier/Non-DOT Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking a courteous and efficient driver/operator for company vehicles to manage the delivery and collection of packages. As a Courier/Non-DOT driver, you will ensure packages meet FedEx service standards and provide excellent customer support while operating vehicles not governed by Section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs and adept at handling heavier packages with proper tools or assistance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English sufficiently to understand traffic signals, communicate with traffic officials, and respond to inquiries in line with FMCSA regulations.

Working Conditions and Requirements

• This is a non-covered safety-sensitive position.
• Maintaining a neat appearance is required due to customer interactions.
• Ability to stay alert and operate safely at all times.
• Required to hold a valid license for the assigned vehicle type.

Compensation and Employment Details

• Hourly pay rate: $22.10.
• Employment type: Full-time.
• Position requires onsite presence.
