The Courier role involves the responsible collection and delivery of packages, emphasizing safety, timeliness, accuracy, and secure handling. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver parcels safely by following assigned routes and strict schedules.
• Perform content verification and scanning of packages during pick-up and drop-off to ensure order precision.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and package security.
• Report any delivery discrepancies, damaged items, or incorrect address details immediately.
• Undertake other job-related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of secondary education or its equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of professional driving experience.
• Possession of a valid Australian driver's license, either Class C (Car) or Medium Rigid (MR) truck license.
